MGM GRAND Macau together with its team, guests and visitors stood in silence for three minutes to remember the victims of the Sichuan earthquake disaster

19th May 2008 – In accordance with the announcement of the State Council, MGM
GRAND Macau’s team members stood in silence for three minutes from 2:28 p.m. on
the first day (May 19) of the three consecutive mourning days to remember the
victims of the Sichuan earthquake disaster. All activities at MGM GRAND Macau were suspended from
operation during the three minutes of silence. Announcement was broadcast and
signs were placed within the hotel and casino to notify guests about the
National Mourning. Guests showed support to the arrangement. MGM GRAND Macau together with its team,
guests and visitors solemnly bowed their heads and joined the silence to
